General Information regarding Incentives

All rooms have satellite channels, radio, international direct dial telephone, safety box, well stocked minibar and every kind of amenities you may need. 

It is equipped as follows :-\\
1. One big conference room for 400 persons or for 200 - 250 persons school style chairs.
2. One big room for workshops for 30 - 50 persons, complimentary if the group is overnighting at the
    hotel.

Facilities :

All hotels are equipped with conference facilities and audio-visual aids. Simultaneous translation is also available. Regarding having a microphone for each participant, this can be arranged upon request with an additional charge.

Cost of halls:

This varies according to period and date and depends also on the stay of the group. Approximately, all big halls with full equipments cost daily between US$ 300 - US$ 500. Small halls with full equipments cost daily between US$ 150 - US$ 300.
Any additional equipment such as a personal microphone for each participant + Simultaneous translation can be arranged and cost upon request.

Coffee Breaks:

Coffee breaks between the meetings are feasible. Either coffee, juice, tea, candies, or cookies,… etc. cost US$ 04,-- per person.

Outside Damascus

Chahba Cham Palace / Aleppo :
Aleppo's only five stars luxurious hotel, dominating Syria's second largest city. It has 250 well appointed guest rooms and suites overlooking the hotel's garden and the city. t has a Banquet hall, and meeting rooms for 05 - 550 persons.

Located next to the world famous archeological site. This five stars hotel has 250 luxurious guest rooms, a Banquet hall, and meeting rooms for 08 - 400 persons.

Furat Cham Palace / Deir Ezzor :
It has a Banquet hall, and meeting room for 350 persons.

Safita Cham Palace / Safita :
It has a Banquet hall, and meeting room for 90 persons.

Apamea Cham Palace / Hama :
It has a Banquet hall, and meeting room for 220 persons.

Excursions - Starting and ending Damascus

A full day sight seeing with an escort guide plus entry fees to the National Museum / Takieh Suleimanieh / Azem Palace / Umayyad Mosque / Sala Eddin Mausoleum and Bazaars is at the cost of US$ 20,-- per person, lunch exclusive.

Palmyra:
A full day excursion to Palmyra to visit the Museum of Palmyra/Temple of Bel/Collonade Street and Tombs is at the cost of US$ 22,-- per person, lunch exclusive.
Crac des Chevaliers and Ma'aloula:
F/D without lunch is US$ 17,--

Busra :
F/D without lunch is US$ 17,--

We can also arrange a full day trip to Busra using the steam locomotive engine. The Ottoman wagon of Sultan Abdul-Hamid which was built earlier this century with a connection with the Orient Express in Istanbul. The minimum number of pax should be 100 for a price of US$ 60,-- per person. This includes entry fees in Busra, an escort guide with refreshments on board the bus as well as a lunch in Busra.

Suggestions regarding Incentives

I am pleased to forward a few ideas regarding incentive groups into Syria:-\\

A Steam Locomotive trip to Busra
Enclosed please find more details. We can arrange at the Roman Amphithetare an Open bar, Coffee, tea and canapés will be served. All will be accompanied with a folklore bad and lightning will be done through fire torches.

A Roman dinner at the Temple of Bel in Palmyra
A unique dinner in a Roman setting and atmosphere which takes you back to the early between the 1St Century B.C and 3Rd one AD. The hostess and hostesses will all dress in Roman clothing and attire. Food catered from Palmyra Cham Palace, will be served on Roman Chariots escorted by Roman soldiers.

A Special cocktail party at the Roman Amphitheatre of Palmyra
This will be accompanied by a complete show of Palmyrian Folklore dance. The performance will take place on the stage of the Amphitheatre. Open bar, Coffee, tea and canapés will be served.

Camel & Horse races in Palmyra
The race will take place at the tracts of Palmyra behind the Temple of Bel Shamin. A Bedouin tent will be erected. Coffee, tea and canapés with soft drinks will be served. 

Deluxe dinner at a bedouin tent
A complete bedouin night with thin bread to be prepared and baked on charcoal, camels and fire torches with soft drinks. Fireworks could also be arranged.

Damascene typical night
A farewell dinner at and old Damascene House Cellar which is a converted into an on oriental 1001 night setting. The restaurant is situated in the old city of Damascus and is in the vicinity of the Umayyad Mosque. Open buffet will be set and Dervish Dance with live music. A reception/welcome party will meet the group upon embarking the bus, all dressed in folklore Damascene attire. The party will demonstrate the skill of sword and shield fencing of the young partisan people of Damascus.

Royal Dinner/lunch
This could be arranged at a 1St Class restaurant, the Nobles Restaurant in Damascus. The restaurant is a Renaissance Model one, nicely painted and decorated after Michael Angelo School. The dinning room is a mixture of an aristocratic and tropical setting.

Aleppo night
A nice Aleppo evening at Argoun Caravan Serai situated in the middle of the famous bazaar of Aleppo. Over the dinner Dervish Dance and live music (both oriental and Western) could be arranged. A belly dancer could also be arranged upon request.

Boat trip to Arwad Island
A small and self contained island in the Mediterranean off the coast of Tartous. It has a very nice fortress which is open to the visitors.
