General Conditions for Rent-A-Car :
1 - Rates include 100 Km per day.
2 - Insurance should be added on top of the prices.
3 - Minimum renting days is 2 for limited mileage and 3 for open mileage.
4 - Prices do not include fuel.
5 - Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
6 - Following Credit Cards are accepted : American Express, Europe Car, Visa, Inter-Rent,
Diner's-Club and Master Card.
7 - Drivers fees on request and at extra charge.
8 - In the case of Daily rent (limited mileage) an increase of 1% for each extra Km.
9 - If the car is rented in Damascus at the beginning of the contract and delivery is wished to be
either in Tartous, Latakia, Hama, Aleppo and Deir-Ezzor or vice-versa, an additional fee of
75% per day of the daily rent would be added.
A Special Offer :
A new and air conditioned Hyundai mini van 1999 for 11 pax with an English, German Spanish or Italian speaking driver to do tourist visits as follows:-\\
These rates include insurance on both the car and the pax, fuel, driver's fees and allowances.

In Syria we have the so called " Comprehensive Insurance". This means that it covers what ever comes to your mind starting from CDW, non waiveable excess, PAI and ending with VAT. In case of any accident the client has to notify the company and to produce only a police report. |

In case of any death, the insurance company pays ca. US $ 2000.-- per pax regardless of any other travel-insurance arrangements. |

Deposits in case clients have no credit-card is 2 X the rent, of which 1 X
is payable back upon drop-off the car. If client is paying directly to us it must be paid in full upon signing the contract of which half of it will be paid back to him, and if the company is paying us, the full amount will
be re-funded to the client and we will charge the company the normal rate. |

Renting-a-car is possible not only in Damascus but also in all major cities and towns but in case client wishes to start from any city other than Damascus, then you have to add 30% on top of the daily rent for day number one only. It means the following calculation :
US $ 120.-- X 30% = US $ 156.--
This will be applied only for day number one if the client wishes to start from any city other than Damascus. Days starting from 2 and up-wards, the daily rent of US $ 120.-- will be applicable. |
